Lion dance. The first time we’ve had one in the last two years. There aren’t as many relatives now than there was then, but it really does usher in the right atmosphere for Chinese New Year.
I risked bursting an eardrum trying to capture shots of the lion dance as there were firecrackers about 5 metres in front of me and with the air polluted with the cracking fire, I’m actually pretty lucky to still be alive now. But it was an interesting experience :)
